  • Are pets welcome?

    Farmer Branch 55+ is open to most pets. Please reach out to us with any questions about our pet policy and pet add-ons.

  • Can I take a tour of the community before I commit?

    Absolutely! We greatly encourage tours. You can schedule an exclusive tour or feel free to drop in. Our model home is open every day!

  • What is included in the price?

    All units include Water/Sewer, curb side trash pick-up, cable and high-speed internet, lawn care and snow removal and all maintenance. 

  • Who manages the community?
